Winterwonderland

There are some mornings when you wake up to this: (Of course I WOKE up to this, because yet again I managed to oversleep and instead of waking up at 6 a.m. when I planned to and it's still dark, I woke up at 7:18. But still, better than yesterday, 8:27!!! I have a serious problem...)

And all of a sudden even this piece of socialistic realism starts to look pretty.

What's with the fog. This autumn and winter it's foggy like 19th century London. Weird.

I enjoyed this Winter Wonderland till I came to this:

Maaaan, every morning? When it's not ice, it's snow. I wonder when this wonderland stops.
Yeah, as you can see, I am not a big fan of snow in this concrete jungle. Give me snow in the mountains, give me ski-slopes and frozen lakes, I'll LOVE it. But spare me the snow here. For goodness sake, it took me 20 minutes just to park here!

The only way how to cure this is listen to Sigur Ros on the way to work. I wonder how people in Iceland deal with all the snow....
